Volt is in free beta and moves quickly. Each build runs for seven days, and every update gives another seven — download the current one whenever you like.

- FixedA .gz that holds several compressed parts — appended logs, cat a.gz b.gz, anything bgzip writes — opens as one text instead of refusing to open
- FixedOpening a .gz that was already coming back from the last session no longer opens it a second time
- ChangedA .gz is saved again at the setting it was packed with, so a file packed hard stays packed hard
- ChangedThe project's files look like a source list: Finder's row height, icons and text, long names cut at the end, and the filter field at the foot
